  • Photo was taken while using KX3, PX3 and Alexloop Walkham antenna to help identify the source of some RFI that was causing trouble for the members of the Kennedy Space Center Amateur Radio Club. The portability and high fidelity of the KX3, coupled with the power of "seeing" the signal and its harmonics on the PX3, and the ability to capture screenshots for my report using the PX3 Utility proved to be the perfect recipe for success. The culprit: the inverters in the industrial UPS system you see off to the right of the photo. It took about an hour of driving around the Space Center, taking measurements using the PX3, and rotating the Alexloop, to triangulate and find the source of the noise. My club and I thank you for designing such portable and excellent products !!! -Kevin (KK4YEL)
