If you are missing parts from your kit or need a warranty part, please submit your request using the Parts Order Form. If your order is for missing kit parts or for warranty parts, please note this in the note section of the form.

Many part numbers and cost can be located by using the search bar at the top right corner of the page.

For replacement parts or parts that are not listed on the Quick Order Page, please submit your order on the Parts Order Form below.

Shipping

In order to expedite shipping, please select a shipping option on the form below. If you select shipping options for large parts, and your item qualifies for small part shipping, we will charge you for the small part shipping option.

Shipping cost is subject to change based on fiscal limits or weight. We will contact you by email if shipping cost changes.

Elecraft Distributors are qualified by Elecraft to provide suppport and repairs on your equipment. By purchasing from our distributors, you will receive knowledgeable, quality service, and you will likely receive your equipment sooner than shipping your equipment to the US for repairs.

International Shipping, Custom Fees, and Physical VAT Collection

Direct purchases from Elecraft will incur additional shipping charges. Packages shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are due and paid by the buyer once the package arrives in the destination country.
