Important Repair Information

Contact Elecraft before mailing us your product.  Elecraft has more than one repair location, so please obtain the shipping address from a member of our support team.  Elecraft Support will provide you with an authorization for the return, shipping address and current information on repair fees and turn-around times. You may also contact us by completing and submitting an online Support Form or emailing us at support@elecraft.com.

Packages shipped without authorization will incur an additional shipping charge for reshipment to the correct repair location.

Our basic repair / alignment charge is $125.00 an hour with a one hour minimum charge, plus return insured shipping. If you wish, you may set a limit for the repair charges, and we will contact you when we have reached that point before proceeding.  If we determine the problem is wholly due to a defect in components supplied by Elecraft (within our one-year limited warranty period), we will not charge you for the repair. Please read our warranty information for additional details on who is covered, etc.

Technical Assistance
You can send e-mails to support@elecraft.com  and we will respond quickly - typically the same day Monday through Friday.  Telephone assistance is available from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Pacific time (weekdays only) at 831-763-4211.  Please use the Support Form rather than calling when possible since this gives us a written record of the details of your problem and allows us to handle a larger number of requests each day.
