Elecraft 30-Day Product Return Policy

Elecraft provides its customers with a 30 day return policy (after date of shipment) on our products. Any refunds will be less the original shipping charges from Elecraft to the customer. Elecraft charges a 10% restocking fee on each returned product.
The products must be
returned in an un-used state to qualify for the refund. All kit parts bags
must be unopened and the product manuals and boxes must be in an undamaged state.
Partially built products may not be returned for credit. (Elecraft reserves the right to make the final determination of returned
product condition.)
You must contact Elecraft for a return
authorization before returning any products.
